Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.*PLAN WAS INCOMPLETE. THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL PLAN CHECK COMMENTS AND FEE MAY BE REQUIRED AT TIME OF RESUBMITTAL. Sheet T-1: Under Building Code Data, Occupancy Groups: Please include the occupancy group F-1 and S-1 for the warehouse areas. Under Building Code Data, Type of Construction: Please revise plan to specify type III-B with Sprinkler, per permit record. Show/provide an accessible route from the accessible parking stalls to the building primary accessible entrance. Show/specify accessible route shall be maximum 5% slope, measured in the direction of travel, and 2% maximum cross slope, 48” minimum wide. Show/provide detectable warning between the pedestrian walkway and the vehicular area (parking). Please provide details to show accessible parking stalls, marking and signage complying with 11B-502. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. At least one accessible van space is required. Sheet A-1: Partial Floor Plan was insufficient. Egress doors/gates shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. (1010.1.9)
Openable parts of such hardware shall be 34 inches minimum and 44 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground.
The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum.
Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. Restrooms: Restrooms shall be made accessible to the persons with disabilities. Please provide restroom floor plans and details to show compliance with Chapter 11B, Division 6. *Plan was incomplete. Additional comments may be required.
