- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)Sheet A-1: Letter from owner: Please revise letter to acknowledge the following:This permit is for demolition only and not for occupancy. Landlord and tenant will coordinate to provide and address the exterior and interior accessibility requirement per Section 11B-202 under tenant improvement permit. The building shall not be occupied until a tenant improvement permit addressing all exterior and interior accessibility requirements per section 11B-202, is issued and final.2nd Review Comment: Letter was not provided.
