All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Include address and telephone number of the responsible designer, and date of signing of drawings.Please refer to red marks on the drawings for additional plan check comments. Revise drawings to show compliance.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).PLAN CHECK COMMENTSOn title sheet, show occupancy group: U On title sheet, show type of construction: V-BPlease identify lot lines enclosing this property and accessible parking space on the site plan.Please show lot lines in the structural details and plans with distance called out to verify the design, measured from the face of the wall perpendicular to the nearest lot line.The existing wall of trash enclosure proposed to be removed may be very close to the lot line. New expansion shall not be built crossing lot lines or encroaching into other properties or lots, such as overhangs, walls or concrete footings.Specify that exterior walls shall have no openings where no openings are allowed due to close proximity to the property line.
