Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued. Sheet A-211: Drinking fountain is considered part of the required accessible path of travel upgrade. Please provide/update drinking fountains to comply with Section 11B-602 for high and low requirement, and including the pedestrian protection. 2nd Review Comment: The existing drinking fountain is consider part of the required accessible path of travel per Section 11B-202.4 and shall require to be accessible to persons with disabilities. Please provide drinking fountains complying with Section 11B-602. Otherwise, show compliance with Section 11B-202.4, Exception 8.
