The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance. Sheet S1: Please provide the following Helical anchors and piers: Please revise detail to be legible, and provide details for raised-floor foundation condition. On the plan, please provide ICC / UL listing number for the preapproved foundation reinforced/repair system (helical piers and anchors). 2nd Review Comment: the helical piers system shall have a listing number by ICC or UL. On the plan, please provide ICC / UL listing number of the helical piers and its specification. On the plan, please provide procedures for the proposed foundation repair/improvement. Sheet 1: Please submit foundation plans to the geotechnical engineer of record for review and approval. The foundation plan shall be “reviewed” stamped by the geotechnical engineer of record for general conformance with the geotechnical engineer’s recommendation. Soil report: Please revise/provide soil report recommendations for the existing raised floor foundation, which reflects to the existing building condition, and the proposed Helical piers and anchors.
