Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuanceAn application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.Any alteration to the existing Automatic Sprinkler shall be submitted Sprinkler plans to the Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA) for review and approval. Sheet A-0.0: Occupancy Groups: Please specify occupancy groups (B, F-1, S-1) for the existing building, permit record. Type of Construction: Please specify construction type (III-B) for the existing, per permit record. Site plan: Please provide/show an accessible route from the public sidewalk to the building primary accessible entrance. Site plan: Please show/provide accessible parking spaces complying with Section 11B-502, and provide an accessible route from the accessible parking stalls to the building entrance. Provide detail and clearly cross-reference details onto the plan. Provide/show detectable warning along the accessible route where’s required.
