Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. -Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840). -Public Works Agency approval (647-5039). -(If addition is occurred) School District Compliance Certificate; and a copy of the building permit application, signed by the plan check engineer, shall be required by the School District to verify the scope of the work. Permit application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued. (R105.3.2) Sheet A-1: No permit record on file for the addition to the rear of the building, and the porch on the southeast corner (right side of the plan). Unpermitted work shall be removed.
