All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a California licensed architect or registered civil engineer. CBC Sections A106.1 and A106.3.4.1.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).Print all plans to scale on minimum 24”x36” paper.Provide narrative of the scope of this permit application on the first sheet of plans.Add a note that the applicable Codes are: 2022 CBC, 2022 CEC, 2022 Energy Code, and City of Santa Ana Municipal Code.Provide site plan to scale on minimum 24”x36” paper. Show location of the proposed sign in relation to public right-of-way and lot lines.Show all property lines of record on the site plan.(2) copies of structural calculations are required. City only receives one copy at this submittal.Structural plan found in the structural calculation shall be printed to scale on minimum 24”x36” paper and attached with other architectural plans as part of the construction document.END OF COMMENTS
