All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CRC R301.1.3, CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1). Provide calculation to justify header/beam # 5 and 4x10 header at the closet can carry loads from Girder trusses. ( provide loading) Provide post at end of each Girder truss. Show location of all required posts for trusses on the floor framing plan. Provide beam to support jack trusses at the stairways. It is not clear, is girder truss stops at the bathroom or it spans all the way to the wall. Roof framing doesn’t match the truss plan. ( please see red mark) On truss calcs , provide complete reaction for the girder trusses to match engineering calculation.
