Sheet A-0: Structural observation note – Please confirm whether the structural observation is required for this project. Revise notes and information to reflect with the proposed project. Delete/remove information that does not apply to the project. Sheet A-0: Plot Plan was incomplete. Please provide a complete site plan showing all building located on the same lot and clearly show location where the proposed repaired is occurred. Sheet S-0: City of Santa Ana did not adopt the City of Los Angles Codes and Ordinances, please revise/remove notes specified and referenced to City of Los Angles. Sheet S-2: Detail 2: Please revise detail to show change in elevation between interior and exterior finish floor and flashing for weather projection. Detail 2: Provide waterproofing detail for the balcony and slope minimum 2% way from the wall. Specify ICC listing for the waterproofing underlayment product. Detail 2: In addition the provided note, please provide elevation to show guards shall not have openings which allow passage of 4” diameter sphere. Structural calculation: For consistency with the applicable Codes, please revise structural calculation and update computer software to show the current Codes and Design Standards.
