The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
-Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).
-Public Works Agency approval (647-5039).
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Sheet A2.0:
Existing 3rd Floor Plan: Plan indicated “Install 6-2x12 sister joist” – Please provide 3rd Floor Framing Plan to show floor joists and details of sister joist.
4th Floor Framing Plan:
Please clarify floor joist vs. roof rafters as stated on the plan. Coordinate and revise plan accordingly.
Please clarify the framing is occurred on 3rd floor or on 4th floor.
For clarity please correct typo for “Framing” (not “Praming”)

The existing building is a type V-A construction (one-hour fire-rated construction) –
Please provide detail to show one-hour floor assembly at the repaired floor and deck.
Provide detail to show one-hour protection for the replaced 6x10 header.
