If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100)Please submit revised plans to OCFA for review and approval. Submit revised mechanical and electrical plans for review and approval. Per suspended ceiling ESR-1222 system, structural steel joists are required for listed assembly. The structural wood floor joists did not meet the minimum requirement per the listing report. Therefore, the fire-rated suspended ceiling assembly is insufficient. If a different suspended ceiling system is provided, please consider the following: Provide ICC listing numberProvide detail to show lighting fixture protection per listing reportProvide detail to show mechanical protection per listing report (for air Duct and damper)Please make sure the fire-rating assembly consist with the structural wood framing and floor decking Show new ceiling height. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal. REVISED PLAN RESUBMITTED 3/12/2024 – THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED:Please provide a summary list of what has been revised/changed from the approved/issued plans. Please contact permit service staff to revise the job description (revisions) to include all the revision items and reflect with the plan. Sheet A-22r: Please clarify why second floor windows elevation were changed. Sheet A-22r: Parapet is required. Please clarify why it was removed. Please coordinate and revise plan accordingly. Sheet A-22r, Section 6: The setback of the building to the property line (PL) was less than 10’. Please coordinate and revise building section to show building set back match with site plan (8’-3”). Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal when a list of revision items are provided. Additional plan check comments and plan check fee may be required.
