The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Provide the following: - Disabled access compliance must be shown on the site plan. Please provide requirements for the new sliding door on the drawings per CBC section 1010.3.3.Ok 4/4/24Provide scope of work on the drawings.
