All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Please call (714) 647-5812 for an appointment.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2022 California Building Standards Code with local amendments.Clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application:
- Revise project job description on the cover sheet of the drawings to reflect the work to be done
under the subject building permit application.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approval for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)
- Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance
information. Drawings must be to scale and be on 18” x 24” minimum sheets.
- Provide a Vicinity Map showing project location
- Scale of Drawings must be large enough to ensure legibility
- Show North Arrow on Plan Views
- Provide an Index of Drawings on cover sheet
- Provide a fully dimensioned Floor Plan Show all the streets on the drawings, including Daimler Street.Indicate detail and section references as to their appropriate location on the plan view.Make a note on the drawings “ The Awning fabric shall be in compliance with Fire Marshal requirement”There is no sliding door permit under permit # 101117901, please revisit the permit number.Provide complete elevation of Northside of the building and show exact location of the new door and awnings.Provide dimension for remodeled new door and storefront on detail 8 and 4.Steel tube on detail 7 is HSS10x4x5/16 per calculation, please revise accordingly.Provide spacing for the awning frame.Provide attachment detail for the awning to the newframing.show how awnings are being supported.Provide plate size from calculation on detail 6.Callout angles from calculation on detail 6 ( L4”x4”x5/16”x1’)Provide detail from page 7 of the calculation on the drawings to include bolting.
