All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CRC R301.1.3, CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1).
Provide calculation to justify header/beam # 5 and 4x10 header at the closet can carry loads from Girder trusses. ( provide loading) Pending 3/26/24 Length of beam # 5.1 is 5 ‘-6” on the drawings, calculation shows 4’, please revise calculation accordingly. Please make sure calculation match truss drawings before submittal.Ok 4/11/24

Provide beam to support jack trusses at the stairways.Pending 3/26/24, show where beam starts and where ends. No calculation provided.Pending 4/11/24, call girder truss on the drawings, since it is supporting jack trusses.
It is not clear, is girder truss stops at the bathroom or it spans all the way to the wall. Roof framing doesn’t match the truss plan. ( please see red mark)Pending 3/26/24 plans not clear.Ok 4/11/24

Engineer of record shall review and stamp truss drawings and truss calculation.
Plans are incomplete, all the walls and floor plan shall be shown on both roof framing and foundation plan, unable to review completely. Show location of all the trusses and supports to match truss drawings.Ok 4/11/24

Where would post at each end of girder truss #A01G for vertical load of 4207 # supported at?.Provide calculation for new floor beam and show where new beam is being supported and provide calculation if required.
