Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.Sheet A-1: Scope of Work: Please revise scope of work to specify unit 222 to remain and unit 220 will be deactivated. Specify Type of Construction to be type V-B. Occupancy group: Revise to specify type ‘B’. On the plan, please show/provide an accessible route for the public sidewalk to the building primary entrance. Accessible route shall not exceed 5% slope, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope and 48” minimum wide. On the plan, please show/provide an accessible route from the accessible parking stalls to the building primary entrance. Show concrete curb, curb ram, and detectable warning (truncated dome). Provide details and clearly cross-reference onto the plan. Provide enlarged accessible parking stalls with dimensions. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan.Sheet AD-2: Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Delete/omit details that do not apply to the project. Sheet A-2: Units 216 & 210 are not part of this permit application. Please revise plan to remove the hatched area (affected area) on units 216 & 210. Sheet A-3: The common restrooms: Single accommodated restrooms shall identify as “All Gender” restroom with the symbol below on the door. The restroom with urinal: Please show maneuver space on the pull-side of the door. The urinal may be remove to accommodate the required maneuver. Please provide all required dimensions to show floor clearances and fixtures space for the restrooms to show compliance with 11B-Division 6. Restroom within the tenant space – Please update restroom to be accessible or provide signage to direct people to the accessible restrooms. For clarity, please revise plan to include the two exit stairways. Sheet A-4: Units 216 & 210 are not part of this permit application. Please omit/remove. **Plan was incomplete.
