If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)3rd Review Comment:Responses were incomplete. The following remain applicable and shall be addressed for building plan check approval. Please contact our permit technician with written request of changing the scope of works for infill the unpermitted openings between suites.Sheet SP-1.0: Please remove “NOT A PART” note on suite 1335 and 1339. Sheet SP-1.0: Please show infill wall between suites 1339 & 1341 (just below the restrooms)Sheet A-0.1: Minimum two (2) exit doorways are required for the warehouse space. Please revise egress plan to show/provide exit signs and exit doors go through the adjacent office 4 and out to the lobby area. The interior exit doors shall not be installed any locking devices.Sheet S-1: Please show infill wall at gridline 5 (between suite 1339 & 1341) – below the restroom.
