This review does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.

Wall section detail 1. Provide 1-hour minimum fire caulking material with ICC or UL # on plan at the top and bottom of the full-height glass wall around the atrium on plan.
Wall section detail 1. Revise wall section on to provide continuous 1-hour minimum fire barrier/horizontal assembly from top of the glass wall to the underside of the roof sheathing on plan. Joints and voids at intersections shall comply with Sections 707.8 and 707.9 (CBC 404.5 exception 2)
Provide structural design for the new furred soffit walls that are connected at the top and bottom provided sufficient lateral and vertical support by the building framing. Specify ICC number on the members, fasteners and attachments on plan.
