Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.Sheet G-001: Occupancy Groups: For consistency with the current code, please revise occupancy groups to specify S-1 and B (B-1 is not a valid occupancy classification). Project Summary: The referenced permit # 10104471 was for the improvement area of the existing space. For clarity, please omit/delete the statement “recognizing the mezzanines form permit # 10104471”. This statement is NOT required to be specified on the plan. For clarity, please specify the floor area of the existing mezzanine. Sheet AS-101: Please provide an accessible route from the public sidewalk to the building (suite C) primary accessible entrance. Accessible route shall not exceed 5% slope, measured in the direction of travel, 2% maximum cross-slope, and 48” minimum wide. Clearly show on plan. Slope exceed 5% shall design as ramps in compliance with 11B-405. Sheet A-101: The existing mechanical platform above the restroom was not permitted under permit # 10104471. Please remove statement, and specify “Existing Mechanical Platform”. Existing mezzanine area: Please remove statement indicating “Mezzanine approved under permit # 10104471”. Existing demising wall: Please clearly show locations of existing openings to be infilled as stated on the scope of work. Provide construction detail for the infilled of existing wall opening. Detail shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Sheet G-005: First Floor: Please provide dimensions for the first floor office area. First Floor: Restroom adjacent to the breakroom shall be upgraded to be accessible to the persons with disabilities. Show restroom in compliance with 11B, Division 6. Second Floor: Please provide wall dimensions for the second floor. Show dimensions for the existing stairways. Existing restroom adjacent to the IT room (right side): Multiple accommodated restroom should not identify as “All Gender” restroom. Please revise plan accordingly.
