All drawings and supporting documents shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a California licensed architect or registered professional engineer. (CRC R301.1.3, CBC 107.1 and 107.3.4.1).
The engineer of record shall indicate that the design has been reviewed before submitting to the building department. The truss design shall be approved by the building department before the trusses are installed."Ok 7/2/24
For Unit 1 and 2 (303& 305 Mountain view) provide calculation to show 2-4x6 post can carry 30524 # load from girder truss #CC1.Pending 7/1/24, provide connection detail between 2x4 and 4x6 posts to act as one member.
For unit 3and 4 (307 & 309 Mountain View ) provide calculation to show 2-4x6 posts can carry 26831 # load from girder truss #CC1.Pending 7/1/24, please see comment #8

Provide 2 sets of revised structural drawings and see permit counter to obtain new permit number for the revision plan check.
