An accessible route is required from the public sidewalk to the rear building and from the accessible parking stalls to the office building accessible entrance. 2nd Review Comment: The gates shall be removed. Otherwise, provide a new gate with pedestrian gate. Orange County Fire Authority approval is required. On the plan, please provide accessible parking stall and an accessible route to the office building entrance. Provide detail and clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please revise plan to remove/omit the truncate dome at the parking access aisle. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide detectable warning (truncate dome) where the pedestrian crosses the vehicular way (driveway).
