If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans
should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)
- Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)Information:An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.Sheet A-1: Please remove the vehicular gates. An accessible route is required from the public sidewalk to the rear building and from the accessible parking stalls to the office building accessible entrance. 2nd Review Comment: The gates shall be removed. Otherwise, provide a new gate with pedestrian gate. Orange County Fire Authority approval is required. On the plan, please provide accessible parking stall and an accessible route to the office building entrance. Provide detail and clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. 2nd Review Comment: Please revise plan to remove/omit the truncate dome at the parking access aisle. 2nd Review Comment: Please provide detectable warning (truncate dome) where the pedestrian crosses the vehicular way (driveway). See marked up plan for location. 2nd Review Comment: Detail references – Please revise detail references to sheet A1.1. Sheet A1b was not provided. **Plan was incomplete.
