Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Fire Department approval on the corrected/final sets of drawings ((714)573-6100) - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - County of Orange Health Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings ((714)433-6000)An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued.Sheet T-0: Occupancy group: Per permit record, the building type of construction appeared to be type III-B Construction. Please verify and revise plan accordingly. On the plan, please specify occupancy loads. Sheet A-1: Occupant load calculation at the dining spaces appeared inaccurate. Please revise occupant load calculation to include the non-seated areas. Booths area shall be calculated based on one person for each 24” of booth seat length measured at the backrest of the seating booth. (1004.6)The exit door adjacent to the restrooms (bottom of the page): Please clarify where the exit doorway is leading. Exit shall be discharged to the exterior and continue to the public right of way. Exit doorways at the rear of the building: Please verify egress discharge shall be continued to the public right of way. No gate nor fencing shall be provided in the alley. For clarity, please provide a separate egress (exiting) plan for the proposed T.I space. Means of egress review will continue with the revised occupant load calculation and new egress plan is provided. Bar sitting area: Please show/provide accessible bar counter space. A portion of the main counter 60” minimum in length shall be provided in compliance with 11B-902.3 (34” height max). Please show on plan. Restrooms: Please provide enlarged restroom plan to show all required clear floor dimensions, maneuver space, etc. (11B-Divison 6)Type I hood: Please provide structural calculation and details for the hood’s support. Details shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. On the plan, please clearly show new wall if any new wall is proposed. Wall constructed without a building permit is considered new and shall provide construction detail. Sheet HD-1: Details provided on sheet HD-1 shall be clearly cross-referenced onto the plan. Delete detail that does not apply to the project.
