Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039)An application for a permit for any proposed work shall be deemed to have abandoned / expired after 180 days of the date of filing, unless such application has been issued. Plan was incomplete. Building plan review cannot proceed at this time. Plan review will be commencing at time of resubmittal. Provide a complete site plan showing property lines and all permitted structures located on the same lot. After conferred with the Code Officer, the building located under the tower appears to be constructed without appropriate permits, and it requires to be demolished. Permit record showed a permitted 8’x10’ pre-fabricated structure. Please note: Electrical is under a separate review and approval. Provide structural calculation and plans and details for the proposed concrete slab for the generator. Provide structural calculation and detail for generator anchorage to concrete slab. **Plan was incomplete. Plan review will continue at time of resubmittal and additional comments are required.
