The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Fire Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5839 or 647-5700).
-Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840).

SEOR to verify details 16/S5-05, and 10/S5-05 at overhang seems not consistent with each other. Detail 10/S5-05 has wall framing directly framed into the slope roof, and detail 16 indicate the roof frame is flat and built overframe on top of flat roof. Please coordinate. Also, please clarify how overframe is being constructed when overhang is perpendicular to roof joists.

Detail 1:
The original approved detail, the landing were built-into the wall framing. The revised detail has landing separate from stud wall. SEOR to clarify the lateral resisting system to the stair. Provide structural calculation justification.
Provide landing beam size on plan, and also indicate supporting member (column?) on plan, typical at all stairs

Detail 8: SEOR to specify only one connection. Detail 18/S601 not found, and detail 20/S802 is HSS to HSS beam connection. Detail 1/S8-03 has welded plate outside of the HSS tube. Detail 8/S8-03 show slotted plate into HSS column. Revise the detail to match the intended connection
