The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. Indicate weight and type of the new stone veneer.Provide specifications and details for stone and masonry veneer in compliance with CRC Section R703.7. Indicate vertical supports for anchored veneer and air spacing in accordance with CRC Section R703.7. D4. Provide specifications for lath, plaster and drywall to conform to the requirements of CRC Chapter 7.Provide moisture barrier detail and attachment detail for wood siding per CRC chapter 7.Engineer of record shall verify the demo’d wall is not bearing r a shear wall.Please revise sheet S1 to match the floor plan.
