Please provide the following: Floor plan sheet A413a – Please show dimensions of 60” clear landing on the pull side of restroom door with 18” clear from door strike edge. Detail 2/A430b: Please revise detail to show the 60” clear turning circle within (inside) the accessible restroom. In addition, the 60” landing with 18” clear from door strike edge is required outside of the restroom (maneuver space for door). Sheet A414a: Guest accessible restroom detail 9/A430b: 2nd Review Comment: Please provide all the requirement information below. A 36 inch wide minimum by 60 inch long minimum clearance shall be provided adjacent to the open face of the shower compartment.3rd Review Comment:The lavatory cannot encroach into the 36” x 60” clearance outside of the standard roll-in shower. Alternate roll-in shower complying with Section 11B-608.2.3 may be used. Please coordinate and revise plans accordingly. Thresholds in roll-in type shower compartments shall be 1/2 inch high maximum in accordance with Section 11B-303.
