This review does not include mechanical, plumbing or electrical work. Separate plans, applications, fees, plan checks, and permits are required for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. Call 647-5800 for information.
The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
PLAN CHECK COMMENTS
Separate permit is required for ADU revision. Prior to next resubmittal, apply revision permit for relocating tankless water heater on the detached ADU. Both ADU and main house revision must be shown on the same set of plans. Planning approval is required.
This is the revision to approved plans. The revision is limited to the scope of work area, and the balance of information on the approved plans must be on the same sheet.
Show missing keynotes on sheet A-2.
Submit updated sheet A-4. Update the elevation changes on sheet A-4. Do not move it to sheet A-2.
Submit updated structural plans. Update structural drawings on the detached ADU to reflect changes in framing and foundation at the original water heater enclosure area.
Clarify the size of window on the bathroom #2. Is it 2620 instead of 2020?
Cross-reference new windows into the window schedule.
Veneer shall be approved material, tested and certified by the approved test agencies in compliance with the CBC. Provide specification, and test report number (i.e.ICC number) of the veneer product complying with CRC R703.
Provide anchorage details of the veneer on plan. The attach method must comply with CRC R703. The approved attachment details must be part of the evaluation report or design by a licensed professional engineer. For the adhesive veneer, the ICC number is required for the adhesive material and shown on the plan.
