The plan check engineer may accept the contract price as the valuation of improvements for unique/unusual projects in lieu of using a cost per square foot basis.Drawings must be to scale and be on 18” x 24” minimum sheets. - Provide a Vicinity Map showing project location - Show North Arrow on Plan ViewsShow slope and cross slope for new landing at the back doors.Accessible parking spaces serving a particular building shall be located on the shortest accessible route of travel from adjacent parking to an accessible entrance. Provide on the shortest accessible route of travel to the building entrance.CBC Section 11B-502.7.1. Parking spaces must be located so that the disabled are not compelled to walk or wheel behind parked cars other than their own.CBC Section 11B-502.4. Surface slopes of accessible parking spaces shall be the minimum possible and shall not exceed 1 unit vertical to 50 units horizontal (2% slope) in any direction.Show location of signage on the site plan for accessible parkings.Provide parking spaces identification sign per 11B-502.6.Provide marking detail for Access Aisle Section 11B-502.3.3. Provide penalty sign for van accessible parking.
