Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. (CBC Table 705.8)First Plan Check Comment: Provide structural calculations.Second Plan Check Comment: Structural calculations on page 2 indicate a footing size of 4’-6” x 2’. However, the detail A/S1.1 shows a footing size of 30” x 1’. The calculations and plans must be consistent. Revise either the detail or structural calculations and resubmit for review.Structural calculations page 6 indicate a stamp from a different engineer. Remove the stamp from any engineer who is not the engineer of record."Structural calculations on page 9 indicate a TS 4x10 connection with a steel angle and bolts. However, detail 3/S1.1 shows a welded connection. Resolve the discrepancy and provide consistent details."Structural calculations on page 14 indicate #14 hex head screw and self-tapping cap screws. Specify these screw connections in the detail.Remove ‘Not for Construction’.Sheet A0.1.1Plan shows 8’-8” x 9’-4” trash enclosure. Dimension line shows 8’-6” x 9”-4” on the trash enclosure.Sheet S1.1 The dowel information is missing between the footing and CMU wall.Second Plan Check Comments:The two trash enclosure elevations appear similar, but only one is correct. Detail 1/S1 is the correct one; remove the incorrect detail."There are two trash enclosure plans on sheet S1.1. Only one plan is needed.Correct the detail callout to A/S1.1 in detail 2Provide a structural connection detail between the TS4x10 and the CMU wall.The End
