Applicant must pick up red marked sets from city prior to resubmittal and return marked up set with resubmittal.DocumentationSubmitted documents shall be fully stapled/bound prior to approval.PC #2: Calculation package still unbound. Documents shall be fully bound with staples or rings. Truss drawings/calculations shall be stamped and signed by a licensed professional responsible for Truss design. These documents shall be reviewed and approved by the project EOR prior to plan check. If it is the same EOR stamping and signing for design as well as for review, it shall be noted next to the stamp. Submitted set is stamped and signed by the same engineer as the project, but no other stamp/signature provided so it is unclear if they the responsible party for the truss design. PC #2: Provided calculation package shall be reviewed and stamped by the EOR. Review stamp is acceptable, but shall be on the calculation packageCalculationsTruss A09 – Verify truss is designed with drag load as shown on drawings. Project EOR to review and ensure all trusses are loaded as required per design. Members labeled with “J”, “HR”, and “PB” are not found in calculation package. Ensure all Trusses are designed for and reviewed by EOR. Full review has not been completed and additional comments may occur. Truss design at various locations are unclear with shown shape and slope. For example, truss B15, designated as a girder truss on plan. It is unclear how perpendicular trusses will be supported atop this gable girder truss. PC #2: While B15 looks to be revised to meet the roofing layout per city comment, the EOR review and approval shall be completed to ensure all members meet required loading, slopes, and layout to prevent incorrect truss design.
