The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
- Proof of Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance.
Enlarge all the ramps on sheet LC1.01.
Provide top view with exact dimensions for the ramps, to include width, length, slope top landing, bottom landing comply with accessibility.
Provide handrail extensions and dimensions with regard to the onsite sidewalk.
Show top landing complies with CBC 11B.for both sfd door and the gate door,
Show 24” clearance at the gate.
