The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance:
-Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously
approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.
Sheet SP: Please show separation distance between the deck to adjacent existing building.
Due to the exterior wall protection requirement based on the fire-separation distance, the proposed posts and beams are not allowed.
2nd Review Comment: Floor plans – Plans were mislabeled bedroom as closet. Please revise plans to label Existing (E) bedroom.
New guardrail with siding at balcony: Please provide/show openings for drainage from balcony. Provide detail.
2nd Review Comment: Detail 8/SD2 – Please specify/show openings for drainage.
Sheet S2: Structural review for the balconies were not proceed due to fire-separation setback comment above.
2nd Review Comment: Deck framing referenced details – Please revise plans referencing to Sheet SD2 for deck framing details.
