Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840) - Public Works Agency approval (647-5039) - Proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance shall be required at the time of permit issuance - Information Technology equipment rooms require a completed electrical plan check prior to issuance of the building permit to ensure compliance with the 2022 California Electrical Code (CEC) Article 645, Electronic Computer/Data Processing Equipment. CEC Article 645 may require fire-rated walls, floors, and ceilings for the computer room(s). Sheet A0.0: For clarity, please show property line between the worship building and the north parking lot. Sheet A0.0: It appears that there was only one accessible parking stall located at the north side of the worship center building. Please verify and revise plan accordingly. Sheet A2.0: On the plan, please show an accessible route from the one accessible parking stall to the building entrances. Sheet A2.0: Provide detail for the accessible parking. Show all required dimensions, marking and signage. Sheet A2.0: On the plan, please show an accessible route from the proposed trash enclosure to building(s) where the trash enclosure is serving. Sheet A2.0: New walkway with the slope of 8% ramp - Please revise plan to provide 5% maximum slope; otherwise, provide ramp details complying with Section 11B-405. Door/gate hardware: Please show openable parts of such hardware shall be 34 inches minimum and 44 inches maximum above the finish floor or ground.Sheet A2.1, Pedestrian gate: Please provide the following notes on the plan – Egress doors/gates shall be readily openable from the egress side without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort. (1010.1.9) The force for pushing or pulling open a door shall be 5-lb maximum. Operable parts shall be operable with one hand and shall not require tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. Sheet A3.0, Enlarged Plan 1: Please show 24” clear from the door/gate trike edge, on the pull side. Structural calculation/design was not provided for the trash enclosure and roof cover structure. Please provide structural calculation and details for the trash enclosure and roof structure. Please coordinate with details provided on sheet A3.0.
