Applicable Codes: Add a note that the applicable Codes are: 2022 CBCand City of Santa Ana Municipal Code.Sheet 2. Cross-reference sections A-A through C-C into applicable location on the site plan.Sheet SL1.0. Add a note that the applicable code version is 2022 California Building Code.Remove sheet SL4.0 which is not part of the scope.Sheet SL5.0. Show required minimum finish grade between existing neighbor wall and proposed retaining wall required over the proposed retaining wall footing to provide lateral support from the soils. Clarify in details 2, 3 and 4/SL5.0.Provide complete project address on the cover page of the structural calculation.Delete pages in the structural calculation that are not part of this review (e.g. trellis design). Resubmit (2) copies of new calculation only apply to this scope of work.Provide continuous page number on each page of calculation.
