All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed. If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit corrected sets of plans.Meetings between the project applicant/designer and the plan reviewer shall be by appointment only. Add the following: Construction shall comply with the 2022 CRC, CBC, CPC, CMC, CEC, California Green Building Code, and California Energy Efficiency Standards Code editions.Construction type shown on Property Info shall be revised to V-B.
Note on plan: All concealed work installed without permits must be exposed for inspection to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector. This includes methods of attachment and all footings, structural members, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and insulation.Path of travel noted on Site plan does not clearly show path. Path of travel shall be shown from ADA parking as well as public sidewalk to proposed accessible entrance. Accessible entrance shall be shown on plan.Add note on cover sheet: No interior TI work or occupancy shall be done by any owner or future tenant prior to this permit completion and final. Sheet A-2Provide dimension for unpermitted opening in demising wall. Provide elevation/height of unpermitted opening.Add bathroom grab bar/bathroom signage requirements to meet 2022 CBC Chapter 11B for proposed accessible upgrade. If proposed upgrade is revised, provide details/code requirements as needed.Provide occupant load, path of travel/existing for new proposed unit area.
