Sheet SN1 not found in set. Add the following: Construction shall comply with the 2022 CRC, CBC, CPC, CMC, CEC, California Green Building Code, and California Energy Efficiency Standards Code editions. PC #2: Please remove California Residential Code from Code references. Should not have been included in comment or set. Also, Newport Beach Municipal code does not apply to this jurisdiction and should be removed.Construction type shown on Property Info shall be revised to V-B.PC #2: Construction Type is V-B, not V+B. Note on plan: All concealed work installed without permits must be exposed for inspection to the satisfaction of the Building Inspector. This includes methods of attachment and all footings, structural members, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and insulation.Path of travel noted on Site plan does not clearly show path. Path of travel shall be shown from ADA parking as well as public sidewalk to proposed accessible entrance. Accessible entrance shall be shown on plan.PC #2: Comment still not addressed. Path of travel shown on side of building does not look to be correct. Specify on Property Info if existing structure had fire sprinkler and if there is new fire sprinkler proposed. Both conditions shall be clearly noted. Sheet A-2Please show doors and swing direction on plan. Provide door schedule for door types.Please verify if double door on existing plan is original permitted door or unpermitted door. If existing double door was unpermitted, note on Floor Plan that double door was unpermitted and has been reverted back to originally permitted single door. Also add clear description in Scope of Work what is being permitted for that door change.
