All items noted on this plan check report must be addressed.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Structural related comments shall be response directly from the engineer of record.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Please return marked up set of drawings with corrections.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance:
- Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.On the structural plans, provide revision number and date (delta number) with the cloud to show the scope of this revision. Structural calculation is not clear:The submitted structural calculation appears not matching the proposed revision. E.g. the date in the calculations shows dated in 2018 or 2020. Key plan not match the proposed revision… Please clarify and submit updated structural calculation. Provide date of signature by the engineer of record on the cover page of the structural calculation.Submit the calculation only relevant to the revision. Delete other pages not related to this revision.Revise entire calculation to design in compliance with 2022 CBC. The calculation shows design code per 2019 CBC is outdated.Call out beam number on framing plan to make cross-reference to the beam calculation. Make cross-reference to the TJI joists and GLB beams. Provide calculation to design the 16” TJI joists (changes from 24” TJI).Sheet S4.1. Detail 2/S5.1 is not available. Please clarify and revise plan.Sheet S4.1. Provide header design on the framing plan.Sheet S4.1. A 8 ¾”x 15” GLB showing supporting an equipment per detail 9/S5.1. However, there is no equipment shown on the architectural floor plan (sheet A2.1).Show all equipment within the second floor. Please clarify what are they? If those are existing spread footing, please clarify on plan how new continuous footing to be constructed through the existing footing?
