A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.Change engineer of record (Shucri Yaghi Engineers to True North Engineering) for the Autoclave foundation support: Provide the following for change of engineer of recordProvide release of responsibility letter from Shucri Yaghi Consulting Engineers for the Autoclave foundation support. Provide an acknowledgement of responsibility letter from True North Engineering for the foundation design and plans. Submit the revised foundation plan to the geotechnical engineer for review and approval. The geotechnical engineer shall “review” stamp the foundation plan for general conformance with the soil report findings and recommendation. (End of Comment).
