Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process.PLAN CHECK CORRECTIONSOn the cover sheet, add description of the scope of work under this building permit application (permit # 101125249) with delta number (revision number). Keep the original approved scope of work on plan (permit #101124738).Show all added equipment on architectural plans. Floor plans should have dimensions (length x width drawn to scale) of each equipment and rack with distance to each wall. Prove that the interior routes and all access doors within the room maintain egress and accessibility.Per submitted structural framing plan, new equipment and racks appear encroaching into the required door maneuvering space and landing. Please coordinate on both structural and architectural drawings to maintain door egress and accessibility.Doors within room #204 and #204A. Doors maneuvering clearances for forward approach shall be provided when any obstruction within 18” of the latch side at an interior doorway, or within 24” of the latch side of an exterior doorway, projects more than 8” beyond the face of the door, measured perpendicular to the face of the door or gate. (CBC 11B-404.2.4.3 & Figure 11B-404.2.4.3 (a))STRUCTURALRevise equipment/rack location. Coordinate with the architectural drawings to adjust equipment location to maintain building egress and accessibility clearance within the room and at each door that access to the rooms. Revise framing plans and add dimensions between equipment/racks and each partition wall.Please review current structural design based on the new location of equipment/rack.
