If you feel that an item is not applicable to your project, note “N/A” and discuss the reason with the plan checker.Please indicate the sheet number and detail to the right of each correction, or note the number on the plans where the correction is made. Resubmit marked original, calculations and this correction sheet. A separate sheet for response may be used.Resubmit 2corrected sets of plans.The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following prior to building permit issuance: - Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804.) Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. - Police Department approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5840)Sheet A2.0: Truncated dome locate at the door landings are not allow. Please revise plan to provide concrete curb in front of the door landings and provide truncated domes at the ends where the pedestrian crosses the parking area. Relocating/shipping the accessible parking and access aisle are necessary. 2nd Review: Sheet A2.0, A2.1, A2.2 – Revise plans to provide a concrete curb between the new walkway and parking area. See marked-up plan for clarity. 3rd Review: For clarity, please revise sheet A2.0 & A2.1 to specify new 6” high concrete curb. Sheet A2.2, Proposed Floor planUnit C’s Restroom shall be accessible to the person with disabilities. Provide restroom plan with all required dimensions (similar to 1/A6.0). 2nd Review: Restroom in Unit C shall be accessible as well. Please provide details to show restroom in compliance with the accessibility requirement in Chapter 11B, Division 6. 3rd Review: Information was insufficient. Please revise restroom plans, including enlarged plans on sheet A6.0 & A6.1 to provide 60” floor clear space for the water closet, measured from the adjacent wall to the edge of the sink.
