Please call (714)-647-5831 for an appointment.The drawings/information submitted for Building Safety Division review is incomplete, provide 2 sets of updated structural calculations in accordance with the latest code editions such as but not limited to ASCE7-22, CBC 2025. The applicant shall, prior to resubmitting, complete all construction documents to show compliance with the 2025 California Building Standards Code with local amendments and to clearly indicate the scope of work under this building permit application. There may be additional requirements when complete construction drawings and supporting data is submitted for Building Safety Division review.2nd: Provide complete constructions documents such as but not limited to cover sheet with complete scope of work and reference 2025 applicable code standards, site plan with North direction and key plan, structural drawings. All drawings shall be stamped and signed by California licensed Architect or civil engineer.Provide construction documents and calculations for the embeded plate in concrete. Term ‘by others’ is not acceptable.2nd: Provide construction documents including but not limited to complete structural plans, required special inspections and material specs.Reminder: Since the construction per original permit is finaled, this permit application shall be considered as new permit not a revision to previous permit. Thus, complete documents are required in plan set.
