The applicant shall obtain clearances/approvals for the following, prior to building permit issuance: -Planning Division approval on the corrected/final set of drawings (647-5804). Previously approved plans should be submitted to expedite the process. Sheet S2-14.H / A2-04. Per CBC Section 1010.1.4, a level landing is required on both sides of Door #A130 located at Grid Line B.6. The plans indicate an interior landing slope of 3.9%, which exceeds the maximum allowable slope of 2% for a level landing. Please revise the architectural and structural plans as necessary to provide a code-compliant landing slope and ensure all related details, elevations, and structural design elements are coordinated accordingly. Structural calculation and structural framing plans. Revise the beam numbering to be consistent between the structural calculations, calculation key plans, and full-size structural plans. The beam designations shown in the calculations shall match those shown on the plans and be clearly cross-referenced. For example, the calculations identify beams as B6, B7, etc., while the plans identify them as P4, P5, etc. Please coordinate and revise for consistency. END OF COMMENTS
