Develop a scope of work based on this set of policy and goals to achieve <br />compliance with all legislative mandates and maintain existing service <br />levels. <br />3. Provide programming recommendations with increasing levels of diversion <br />achievement and assigning estimated costs to those recommendations. <br />The options will be presented to both the community and City Council for <br />their review and feedback. This will inform any revisions to the draft Solid <br />Waste Services RFP. <br />4.
