On April 17, 2018, staff had a,phone conversation with the Association President to discuss the project and identify areas of concern. The President expressed no concerns with the proposed project. At the time of this printing, no correspondence, Required Measures either written or electronic, had been received from any members of the public. A public noticed was posted on the project site on April 13, 2018. Notification by mail was mailed to all property owners and occupants within 500 feet of the project site on April 13, 2018. Newspaper posting was published in the Orange County Reporter on A ril 13, 2018. Conclusion Based on the provided analysis, staff recommends that the Planning Commission recommend that the City Council deny the Third Amendment to Development Agreement No. 1999-01, adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2018-02, and adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2018-02 for the Mater Dei High School parking structure and school expansion project.
