MOTION. <br />1. Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018-030 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE SUBMITTAL OF <br />PROJECTS TO THE ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY <br />FOR FUNDING UNDER THE OC GO, FORMERLY MEASURE M, <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP PROGRAM, TIER 1 FISCAL YEAR 2018-19 <br />a.
