CITY MANAGER'S COMMENTS <br />City Manager Godinez, informed City Council of police department open house <br />event on May 12, 2018 and encouraged community to attend. <br />90B. CITY COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS <br />• Councilmember Sarmiento, wished all a "Happy Mother's Day," opined need <br />to respect the public and staff time, to keep to a strict schedule and <br />commence open session at 6pm, condense presentation to one per meeting, <br />and limit City Council comment time to three minutes. <br />• Councilmember Tinajero, echoed statements made by Councilmember <br />Sarmiento.
