This project will aid in local traffic reduction, and <br />enhance neighborhood beautification. <br />I urge the Council to APPROVE the Third Amendment to Development Agreement No. 1999-01 for the Mater <br />Dei High School campus expansion project. <br />Mike Tardif <br />Santa Ana <br />
