f <br />RIA'I"�""N-2017-251-01 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENTFOR <br />PSYCIiOLOGICAL EVALUATION2018AMENDMENT to the above -referenced ttgreement is entered into on March 30, <br />018, by and between Counseling Team International ("Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, <br />charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws <br />of the State of California ("City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A, The parties entered into Agreement #N-2017-251, dated October 1, 2017, ("Agreement"), <br />by which Consultant agreed to provide psychological evaluations for the City's Police <br />Department. <br />B. The original term of the Agreement was from October 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018, for <br />an amount not to exceed $18,882. <br />C. The parties wish to amend the Agreement to extend the Agreement for an additional three (3) <br />months. City staff has confirmed that it has not expended the Funds stipulated in the <br />Agreement and will not require any increase in the compensation amounts for the extended <br />term. <br />The Parties therefore agree: <br />Section 3, Term, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through June 30, 2018. <br />2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />SO R.
