FOR PROJECT AT 2222 EAST FIRST STREET <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 2; 5, 3} - Community Development Agency <br />Councilmember Benavides, noted City of Santa Ana's letter to California Tax <br />Credit Allocation Committee correcting applicant's misinformation stating City of <br />Santa Ana's $5 million contribution towards project. Expressed concern of <br />misrepresentation from applicant and potential obligation to allocate funds <br />towards project.
