Overview -Solid Waste Consultant RFP <br />January 22, 2018 -City issued RFP for Solid Waste Consulting <br />• <br />February 6 th-Received five proposals <br />• <br />February 14 th-Evaluated proposals <br />• <br />March 19 th-Three firms were asked to revise and resubmit: <br />• <br />Modify the approach to include development of a green policy and goals related to <br /> <br />solid waste, diversion, recycling, and include timeframes to gather input/guidance <br />from City Council and Community <br />Normalize the number of meetings, documents, revisions required for ease of <br /> <br />comparison and evaluation <br />April 5 th–Received revised proposals <br />• <br />April 18 th-Evaluated three proposals <br />• <br />May 1 st-Interviewed three firms <br />• <br />Evaluation Committee unanimously chose HF&H Consultants, LLC. <br />• <br />May 15, 20182 <br />
